Accessibility statement

Last updated October 24, 2026

This statement follows the structure of the EU’s model accessibility statement, by choice.

Our target

This website aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. It has not yet been audited by a third party.

How we checked it

On every build, the site’s colour pairs are checked for contrast, and its HTML and internal links are validated (last passed October 24, 2026). On October 24, 2026 the pages were checked in a headless browser at 320 and 1280 pixels wide, in light and dark themes, and at 200% zoom.

Known limits

Tell us about a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, email hello@besedica.com.

We answer within 8 days. If we can’t give a full answer in that time, we tell you within those days when we will, and why. This is the time Slovenia’s law on accessible websites sets for public bodies (ZDSMA Art. 8(2)); it doesn’t bind this site, and we keep to it by choice. EU law asks only for a reasonable period.

Enforcement

In Slovenia, complaints about the accessibility of services go to the Tržni inšpektorat Republike Slovenije (Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia), gp.tirs@gov.si. The law it enforces (ZDPSI) exempts very small businesses and may not reach a site that sells nothing, so it may not apply to this site.
